New Position Review Process
As of September 1, 2015, GSU will use a new Human Resources Business Management System to process position reviews.
The Business Management System is a database tracking device used for Employee Relations, AA/EEO, Sponsor-Funded, and Classification and Compensation processes. The Classification and Compensation portion of the Management System will replace the six-page Position Review Form (PRF) currently in use. Reviews will now be on a cloud-based program that will allow users to track workflow.
The System has two parts: the Initiator Access area replicates the former PRF, and the Approver Access area allows HRAC members to review, approve, and/or forward actions to the Classification and Compensation office.
