Team EffectivenessA variety of options exist for improving people’s understanding of team structure, roles and effectiveness. We can support teams in improving work relationships, overall team functioning, and team building.
New Leader/Team TransitionsOur transition workshops focus on getting new managers to be more productive in less time.
Individual/Organizational AssessmentsAssessments can be done on an individual or organizational basis using, but not limited to, these assessments: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DiSC, Hogan Assessments and Leadership Practice Inventory.
Meeting Facilitation and RetreatsFacilitation services are available for large or small group meetings – where it may be beneficial to have an objective professional guide a group through their agenda, ensure active participation, and work through challenging topics. We can also provide workshops on effective meeting facilitation.
